Paul Learmouth
Paul Learmouth is co-founder of FibreWave Ltd. With over 14 years experience in the telecoms industry, Paul has worked on various major contracts, both independently and with Jon Allison. As a fire optic tester, he has worked all over the UK for many different networks.
